Client Profile: Robert A. Pascal Youth and Family Services

Robert A. Pascal Youth and Family Services (RAPYFS) is a leading comprehensive outpatient mental health organization treating children, adolescents and families.  Their master's level counselors and interns specialize in contemporary issues facing our youth and families today. They are highly committed to promoting optimal social, emotional and mental health by providing accessible, innovative and comprehensive individual, family and group therapy, as well as educational services to our diverse community.

The Philanthropic Academy takes great pride in providing management services to RAPYFS. We support their mission and enjoy working with the staff.  Their hearts have no bounds.

We were retained by the Executive Director to provide nonprofit management services.  The services we are providing include:

• BOARD DEVELOPMENT - Identify and interview potential candidates then present them to the organization for approval 
• FUNDRAISING - Develop and launch giving campaigns to support the operations and programs of the organization
• GRANT WRITING - Prepare proposals for grant support on behalf of RAPYFS
• MARKETING - Develop collateral materials and marketing messages, identify the target audience and redefine the website
• STAFF TRAINING - Coach the staff so they can become self-sustaining
• WEB SITE DEVELOPMENT - Though our Web Sherpa service, we are recrafting the RAPYFS site.
